Leading Real Estate’s Next Wave

AJ Olson Whitfield is leading coastal Orange County’s new generation of high-achieving luxury residential real estate professionals at Villa Real Estate.  Since she launched her career in 2009, AJ has quickly forged a reputation for incomparable client service, impressive market knowledge, best-in-class network of buyers, sellers, and agent colleagues, and – most importantly – for achieving market-beating results for clients.

As a born-and-raised native of Newport Beach, AJ is especially sought after for her extensive, first-hand knowledge of real estate within Newport, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Beach, and Eastside Costa Mesa  – and has completed many successful transactions in those submarkets.  Beyond the depth and breadth of her market intelligence and network, AJ is known for her hard work ethic, astute attention to details, and competitive drive.

With an extensive family background in real estate and development, AJ has been immersed in the profession from a young age and is on the path to follow in her grandfather's, Forest E Olson, footsteps. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from USC’s Marshall School of Business, she worked alongside two of the highest selling real estate agents in Orange County, Evan Corkett and Steve High, at Coldwell Banker Previews International.

Now, with her own practice at Villa Real Estate in Newport Beach, AJ continues to set the standards for service and success.  In fact, she recorded more than $10 million in home sales in her career to date – making her one of the highest selling agents of her generation in Orange County.

Beyond her extensive real estate success, AJ continues to be active in the community, where she is a member of the Newport Harbor Yacht Club and of Big Canyon Country Club. She loves to explore the food scene in Newport Beach, is an avid sailor and is determined to master golf.  She resides in Eastside Costa Mesa with her husband.
