Newport Beach and Costa Mesa Specialist Completes 14 Transactions in First Half of 2013
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – Villa Real Estate’s Nancy Barfield, one of coastal Orange County’s leading residential real estate professionals, today announced that she has completed 14 transactions in 2013 to date, including 11 sales transactions and three lease transactions.

Among Barfield’s transaction highlights for the first half of 2013 are:

- 3124 Broad Street, Newport Beach: Listed for $1,899,000 and sold in four days
- 2605 Westminster, Eastside Costa Mesa - Represented the buyer in a multiple-bid scenario securing the property within four days of its offering
