Anne Marie’s focus includes coastal living communities from Newport Beach to Malibu. From waterfront properties to luxury high rises to urban lofts, Anne Marie caters to developers and investors and has had the exclusive opportunity to be the sales agent for several extremely admired living communities that ranged from 10-20+ units. Additionally, she has assisted investors in scouting and acquiring distressed properties from banking institutions for investment portfolios.

A versatile agent with a key understanding of the Luxury Market, Luxury Off Market, REO, and Short Sale marketplaces, Anne Marie has joined forces with several banking institutions to produce an outstanding listing portfolio. Over the past 12 years, Anne Marie has been building an exclusive REO Resume with several of the Nation’s top banking and outsourcing institutions. Her clients include Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, Phoenix Asset Management Company, REO-Experts and several other outsourcing firms. Her continued success has lead to building a network of investors to purchase real-estate portfolios from various financial institutions. Prior to joining the Tim Carr Group, Anne Marie Ashley worked at a boutique real estate firm in Long Beach. Tim Carr was one of the founding partners and managed the company’s residential real estate division. Anne Marie served as one of the agency’s top agents, specializing in the sales of unique properties in the area to include Naples, Belmont Shore, Spinnaker Bay, Huntington Harbour, Park Estates, Virginia Country Club, Seal Beach and downtown Long Beach’s urban living scene.

Anne Marie has lived in the area for years, providing her with a competitive advantage through in-depth market knowledge and community insights.
