Since 1996 I have been selling and marketing luxury homes along the Orange County Coast. During my 20+ year career I have developed a strict set of standards for client service and results. I believe the hallmark of my success is my natural ability to communicate successfully with all types of people, and I am most proud of the long lasting relationships I have forged with my clients and of the respect I have earned from my colleagues. I started my career working with an industry icon at Coast Newport Properties, moved to the ground breaking brokerage of Strada Properties in 1999, and today I continue to leverage my real estate skills on behalf of my clients at Villa Real Estate.

In addition to selling real estate, I am active in the arts community of Laguna Beach as a member of the Board of Directors of the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association, which also lends me involvement with the Laguna Beach Arts Alliance. I am passionate about art and how it relates to our community, particularly plein air art and the the promotion of our landscape painting heritage in Laguna Beach. I was born and raised in Newport Beach, graduated from the University of Southern California, and have lived in North Laguna with my husband, who grew up in Emerald Bay, since 1998. We have two middle-school aged boys and we all love the surf, sun and sanctuary that is abundant in our little seaside town.
