Wayne Heck puts his all into every endeavor he undertakes. His real estate experience began in 1976 when he purchased his first property. He’s been investing ever since and decided to get his real estate license along the way in 1991, so he could help others do the same.

Wayne’s unique brand of service began when he was working his way through San Diego State University waiting tables. After college he and five others took over the Quiet Woman, a then-struggling restaurant in Corona del Mar.

After a successful 11 year run, he left to purchase his first Haagen Dazs franchise on PCH in Newport Beach. He now owns two very successful franchises and two footwear stores in Downtown Disney and Fashion Island.

A dedicated member and business leader of the community, Wayne served as the Varsity Baseball Coach at Newport Harbor High School, Area Director for the Newport Harbor Chamber of Commerce, served on the Board of Directors for the Fashion Island Merchants Association, and as Chairman of the Mariners Mile Association. He is currently on the Board of Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

The Heck Family – Wayne, wife Cate, daughter Hayley and little grandson share in fellowship with neighbors at Mariners Church. The Hecks have lived in Newport Beach the past forty years. Wayne’s tireless work on behalf of others has earned him the trusted friendship and respect of neighbors and business associates.
