BIBB-THAMER SIGNIFICANT DOUBLE-SIDED SALES IN PENINSULA POINT

Kim Bibb, one of Villa’s founders and an expert in the Peninsula Point neighborhood of Newport Beach, recently closed a significant deal in the neighborhood as part of a unique transaction that included two adjacent properties, owned by the same family and held in a trust. One of the properties was 1909 E. Bay Avenue, and expansive 3,561 square-foot bay front home with a private dock accommodating a 45-foot boat, which sold for $5.7 million. Elizabeth Thamer of Villa represented the seller and Kim Bibb represented the buyer.
