HOW TO HOST THE BEST EASTER BRUNCH EVER
Two words: Mimosa Bar.
Even though Spring technically started on March 20th, we all know sunny springtime isn't really here until you're brunching al fresco with a mimosa in hand. And what better time to break out the bubbly than Easter Brunch, when you're gathering with family and friends you haven't seen since New Year's Day?
But before we dive into creating the perfect Mimosa Bar, let's curate the right environment by making sure the rest of the brunch party is set to go.

Now that we have the right environment, it is time to set up the Mimosa Bar. Here's what you need to know to pull it off the right way:
1. JUICE?
Orange juice creates a classic mimosa. Enhance the elegance by adding a variety of flavors in matching carafes. We recommend 3 juices: Orange, Strawberry+Kiwi, and Grapefruit.
2. BUBBLES?
Based on this article from She Knows, we recommend dividing the number of guests you are expecting by four, and buying that many bottles; though most would argue that it is better to have extra than not enough. A Cava or dry Prosecco should do the trick. This article from Plums Cafe provides a good starting point. Sparkling cider also works as "bubbly" if you have guests who prefer an alternative.
3. FRESH FRUIT?
A garnish of fresh fruit makes every mimosa more Instagram-worthy. Pair small pieces of fruit that match or complement your juice selection, such as small slices of orange, grapefruit, and strawberry.
4. FLOWERS
?A couple fresh flowers provide a nice little touch of decor for the mimosa bar area. Some bright alstroemeria and gerbera from the local market will do the trick and look pretty in a pinch.
5. SERVING GLASSES
?Standard champagne flutes will get the job done quite well. And don't forget to add straws!
