MATT PERRY SELLS HISTORIC PROPERTY

Recently, Perry sold the historic property known as “The Villa” – one of the most recognizable structures in Laguna Beach, CA. Encompassing two retail spaces and 12 residential units – most with whitewater views – The Villa was built in 1928.  Currently, The Villa is home to the renowned art gallery, Gallery McCollum.

Perry privately negotiated the deal, structuring a successful transaction that benefitted both parties.
