NEWPORT BEACH HOME SALES STRONG

Recently released October sales figures show it's shaping up to be another strong year in luxury sales along coastal Orange County, with Villa Real Estate handling a number of significant transactions in Newport Coast and Newport Beach. While Newport Coast enjoyed the highest sales prices, and the number of homes sold in October in this hillside ocean view community was up 92 percent over last year, all of Newport Beach has seen an increase in home sales.

Villa’s neighborhood experts have closed multiple notable sales throughout Newport Beach in recent months, including 3 Shell Beach, a beautiful Newport Coast estate with stunning ocean views; 1310 Galaxy Drive, the highest sale in the desirable Dover Shores community in five years; 14 Bay Island, a stunning Cape Cod-style home on exclusive Bay Island; and a complex Trust transaction that encompassed two properties on Balboa Peninsula, 1909 E. Bay Avenue, a spectacular Bayfront home with a private dock, and an adjacent four-lot property that will be redeveloped with four new homes.
