Top Coastal OC Residential Agent John Stanaland Joins Luxury Brokerage Firm Villa Real Estate

Villa Real Estate is proud to announce that John Stanaland has joined the Newport Beach-based luxury residential real estate brokerage firm. Stanaland, whose real estate sales total several billions of dollars, will be based in Villa’s Laguna Beach office.

A Laguna Beach native, John is the fifth generation of real estate professionals in his family, which has included agents, developers, attorneys, and financiers. His family history in Orange County dates to 1919, when John’s great-great-grandfather helped people buy and sell real estate. At the time, the county’s population was less than 60,000 and Laguna Beach and Newport Beach had yet to be incorporated.
