A third-generation Newport Beach native, Anne Stiefel brings more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and a lifetime of local knowledge to Villa Real Estate. With a deep understanding of the coastal Orange County market, Anne is very familiar with each individual community, its attributes and various selling points that only a true local can bring to the table.??

Anne has completed over 60 million in sales in just the last five years. Recently, she has completed sales in the neighborhoods of Bayshores, Newport Heights, Port Streets, Eastside Costa Mesa and Lido Isle.??

Adding to her unique skill set and qualifications in real estate brokerage, Anne also has years of experience in residential development, construction, sales and investment properties, which not only offers clients in-depth understanding of the transactional process, but expertise in the construction and quality of the homes she sells. 

??Her diverse background in the residential real estate industry, coupled with her focus and attention to detail, strong work ethic, and determination, allow Anne to set the bar high for her clients at Villa Real Estate. A USC graduate from the Annenberg School of Communication, Anne enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young boys. She regularly volunteers at her children’s schools, coaches her sons’ AYSO soccer team, volunteers in her Bayshores community as part of the Windjammers Ladies group, and is a founding member of the Miracle Babies organization.
