Mary Ellen Weglarz has been a realtor for over 25 years specializing in the sales and marketing of coastal Orange County real estate. Having lived and worked as a real estate broker exclusively in the local community, she offers expert real estate advice and services in Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, Newport Coast and Laguna Beach. Her expertise covers a wide range of properties to include bayfronts, oceanfronts, investment and luxury properties.

Bob Weglarz has been a realtor for over 25 years specializing in the sales and marketing of coastal Orange County real estate. Living and working in this area throughout his real estate career, he offers expert real estate advice and services in Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, Newport Coast and Laguna Beach. His expertise covers a wide range of properties to include bayfronts, oceanfronts, investment and luxury properties. 

In conjunction with his wife, Mary Ellen, Bob has been consistently recognized as a top producer in the Newport Beach area. Bob’s previous career encompassed thirteen years of operations management with a Fortune 500 company; his last position being responsible for product distribution and consumer services for the Western United States. Bob received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Dallas and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Coming from a consumer services industry background supplemented with the business acumen of his education, Bob is able to provide exemplary client service and the expertise to assist first time buyers as well as principals involved in sophisticated and complex transactions.
