VILLA WELCOMES INDUSTRY VETERAN STEVE SUTHERLEN

Villa Real Estate is honored to welcome industry veteran, Steve Sutherlen to our growing team of professionals in coastal Orange County. Steve is one of the most experienced and recognized luxury real estate professionals in Newport Beach, having spent more than 30 years of his career in the area.

He joined Coldwell Banker in Newport Beach in 1975, and over the years, has managed offices in San Marino and Newport Beach, as well as managed regions in New York and New Jersey. He returned to Newport Beach in 1990, and has continued his success representing friends and clients referred from his wide sphere of personal contacts. His recent sales have ranged from Newport Beach bay fronts on Lido Isle, Balboa Island and Bay Island, to first time buyers in Costa Mesa.

Steve grew up mainly in Pasadena, graduating with a Degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University, and served as a US Navy officer during the Vietnam War. He lives in Newport Beach with his wife Jan, who he met on Balboa Island in 1976. Steve has served as President of the Lido Isle Community Association, and is a Staff Commodore of the Lido Isle Yacht Club.
