"What Should I Bring?" These Cranberry Brie Bites

“What Should I Bring?” It’s a question we all hear (and ask) a lot this time of year. If your job is appetizers, then it just got a whole lot easier. Bring these super easy Baked Cranberry Brie Bites from Delish.

No matter the occasion, it’s hard to go wrong with brie. Especially baked brie. It’s always going to be gone first. And cranberries are a traditional (if often underrated) part of the Thanksgiving feast, so bonus points for that.

The difficult part of working with brie is crafting the perfect creamy, flaky, sweet, yet tart pastry. This recipe brings in a shortcut… crescent dough. Instead of pastry dough, each brie bite is encased in crescent dough, which puffs up in the oven like a buttery pillow. On top, place a scoop of cranberry sauce (the kind with whole berries), some chopped pecans, and a little sprig of rosemary. It’s the perfect, elusive combination.

This recipe makes 2 dozen, which might sound like a lot, but considering how quickly they’ll go, you may want to think about doubling it.
